It’s not only faster it also takes less time to manage and also provides a more personalized experience.
This does not mean that marketing automation replaces your marketing strategy but rather you should have a solid strategy in place that uses marketing automation to facilitate your strategy, augments it and makes it better. It should include not just acquiring new customers but also nurturing, onboarding, retaining and fostering loyalty with your clients.
